Membership
To obtain
access to certain DredgeSource.com services, you will be given an opportunity to
register with DredgeSource.com. As part of the registration process, you will select

registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not register
under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person.

Buying and Selling Items
DredgeSource.com
provides a service that brings together buyers and sellers of dredging equipment
and related items. Information about a particular item(s) is supplied by the seller
and not by DredgeSource.com. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject
to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. The prices listed by sellers
on DredgeSource.com may exclude sales tax, finance charges, license, regulatory,
dealer documentary, compliance fees, shipping and handling fees, and other related
charges, any or all of which may be added to the listed price to arrive at the final
sale price of a particular item. Though we hope that all who come to DredgeSource.com
will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can't verify the information
sellers supply or guarantee the item they offer. Nor can we assure the seller of
a dredge or item that the check or form of payment he/she gets from the buyer is
valid. When using this website to sell your dredging equipment or related item or
to buy a dredge or item, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment
you would use in selling a dredge or item through, or responding to, a classified
advertisement in a publication.
When you offer
a dredge or item for sale through DredgeSource.com, you must be prepared to sell
that dredge or item at the price at which, and the terms on which, you have listed
it or agreed to sell it. You must have the ability to transfer ownership. To list a dredge or item for
sale on DredgeSource.com, sellers are required to provide certain identifying and
contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the
method of contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with the seller. You
may not charge any potential buyer for information about any dredge or item listed
for sale on DredgeSource.com, nor may you use our website to promote, without our
prior written permission, any other website, product or service. Advertisement listings
are available to sellers who want to list their dredge or item for sale. DredgeSource.com
reserves the right to deny use of this website to anyone who does not comply with
these requirements or who otherwise uses our website in a manner we consider inappropriate.
Responsibility
for the information contained in listings lies with each seller. You alone are responsible
for material you post and for the content of all email messages transmitted through
DredgeSource.com. Nothing will undermine a user's confidence in the dredge or item
you're trying to sell faster than inaccurate statements or misleading representations
about the dredge or item. Since any erosion of user confidence in you is likely
to be accompanied by erosion of user confidence in Dredge Source LLC, we care about
making sure that the information you supply is accurate and that, in all respects,
you treat DredgeSource.com users fairly and honorably.
We reserve
the right to perform random quality assurance tests to confirm that those who offer
a dredge or item for sale over DredgeSource.com are prepared to sell the dredge
or item they advertise at the price at which, and the terms on which, they advertise
them. By using our advertising service, you agree to cooperate in these random quality
assurance tests. If our tests reveal, or we otherwise learn, that a seller is engaging
in unfair or deceptive practices, DredgeSource.com reserves the right to terminate
the seller’s advertisement(s), deny that seller advertising service, and cancel
membership to DredgeSource.com.
We reserve
the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any listings or other
postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate,
whether for legal or other reasons. By using DredgeSource.com you agree not to post
or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal
material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes
with the ability of others to enjoy DredgeSource.com. We retain the right to deny
access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this
agreement. We reserve the right to release information concerning electronic communications
through DredgeSource.com when release is appropriate to comply with law (including
disclosure in response to a request from a law enforcement agency), to enforce our
User Agreement, or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our
site, our advertisers, the public or DredgeSource.com.
By submitting
a listing through DredgeSource.com, you agree to pay the fees specified for the
listing package you select, regardless of whether your dredge or item sells as a
result of the listing. Take care in selecting your listing and inputting your listing
information; listing fees are generally not refundable, even if you provide erroneous
information or fail to sell your dredge or item.
Content
When you supply content to Dredge
Source LLC or post content on DredgeSource.com you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free right to use the content in any media now or in the future.
